Applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
This course focuses on the user interface and application functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The class will specifically focus on Sales, Marketing Automation, Service, and Service Scheduling. You will know how to develop basic and advanced navigation and record maintenance, access Microsoft Dynamics for Outlook functionality, including synchronization, create and maintain accounts, contacts and activity record management. In addition you will be able to create and manage customer lists, marketing campaigns, and leads. Also learn how to schedule, administer, and define services as well as access and maintain contracts, cases, the knowledge base, and queues.
Financial Series One Training for Microsoft Dynamics GP
These courses are designed to teach the basic features of each Microsoft Dynamics GP module: Foundation Training, General Ledger, Payables Management, Receivables Management, and Bank Reconciliation. All classes will teach setup procedures, how to enter and post transactions, the purpose and use of the utility screens, how to use key reports and inquiries, proper period-end procedures and tips to speed data entry. Foundation Training is a pre-requisite for the other Financial Series courses, unless you have at least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
FRx Report Design Essentials I
Obtain the skills to create basic and sophisticated financial reports using the three-dimensional FRx model of row formats, column layouts, and reporting tree building blocks. Create and maintain reports such as basic financials, consolidations, side-by-side financial reports, and forecasts. We will also cover complex calculations, remote Drill-Down Viewer, drag and drop reorganization of cost centers, and external spreadsheet linking.
FRx Report Design Essentials II
This class builds on the basic report design skills learned in Report Design Essentials I. Learn advanced report design including linking to external worksheet data, linking row formats, multi company consolidations, currency translation reporting and cash flow. Understanding these topics allows you to master the techniques necessary to create a more comprehensive suite of reports. Learn how to use links to extract data from a variety of sources including non-financial metrics maintained outside the general ledger. This course also teaches you how to use OLAP and XRBL output options. Take this course to become an advanced FRx user.
