Microsoft Pinnacle Awards Press & Awards

The Microsoft Pinnacle Awards, established in 1997, are presented annually and recognize the top Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments with their Microsoft Dynamics applications. The Resource Group is proud to announce that two of our customers have received these prestigious Pinnacle Awards.  In 2007, Logos Research Systems won a Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Role Based Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.  In 2005, Casey Family Programs won a Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Teamwork.  Receiving a Microsoft Pinnacle Award is a great achievement and a reflection of how the company embraces their Microsoft Dynamics solution and uses it to its fullest potential to achieve business success.  We are honored to continue to support Logos Research Systems and Casey Family Programs as their Microsoft Dynamics GP partner. Logos Research Systems Wins Microsoft Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Role Based Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

Logos Research Systems was awarded the 2007 Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Role Based Sales, Marketing and Customer Service by Microsoft.  The award was announced on March 14, 2007 at a special awards luncheon with Microsoft executives including Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer.

Logos Research Systems was recognized because of their successful implementation of a combined package of Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM and Microsoft Dynamics™ GP to improve their sales, marketing, and customer service performance, resulting in improved revenue and customer retention.

By working together with their key Microsoft partners, Madrona Solutions Group for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and The Resource Group for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Logos Research Systems moved to a new business solution that provides a significantly better and more integrated experience.  The customer service team now has access to a more complete set of customer and financial information, enabling them to find information quickly and answer customers’ questions accurately and allowing them to effectively up sell and cross sell their customers on products.

From moving to the new system, Logos achieved a 75%reduction in training costs for end users and administrators as well as a 40% reduction in business software licenses and a 45% reduction in maintenance costs associated with their CRM and GP applications.

Casey Family Programs Wins Microsoft Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Teamwork with Great Plains

Casey Family Programs was awarded the 2005 Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Teamwork from Microsoft Corporation. The award was announced by Microsoft at a ceremony on March 9, 2005.  Casey’s departments of Technology Services and Finance Services were recognized with one of the eight annual Pinnacle awards honoring customers that have achieved outstanding success with their Microsoft Business Solutions application.

Casey’s significant achievement -implementation of the Great Plains financial system - was a major accomplishment that demonstrated excellent collaboration in three areas: among departments within its organization; with its implementation partner, The Resource Group, a Seattle-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in Great Plains; and with Microsoft Business Solutions, the division of Microsoft that offers integrated business applications and services. Casey Family Programs was selected for the award from more than 75,000 customers worldwide.

Casey’s staff members Jim Fimiani, Clayton King, Ganesh Rajendrabose, Sherry Poley and Lisa Greene represented the entire implementation team by attending a luncheon hosted by Microsoft executives including Bill Gates and Doug Burgam, senior vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions.

“This was a complete collaborative effort and would not have been successful without the dedication of all of our business partners,” Fimiani said. “And it actually cost us less to implement Microsoft Great Plains than it would have to upgrade our old software.  The cost savings we experienced will help Casey Family Programs direct more resources to youth and families.”
