Case Study: AAA Washington

In the fall of 2005, AAA Washington was in the beginning stages of searching for a new point of sale software program when we encountered concerns with our previous Great Plains partner. We met with The Resource Group several times to discuss our upcoming point of sale software project and a potential new partnership with The Resource Group. We decided to select The Resource Group as our new partner and have been extremely satisfied with the service and support they have provided to our organization.

Since the new partnership, The Resource Group has successfully assisted us with an upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0, a conversion to Microsoft Dynamics GP Fixed Asset module, and the implementation of our new point of sale software.

The Resource Group has been instrumental in the accomplishments to date on our new point of sale software project. They performed an in-depth analysis of our old point of sale systems, helped us develop an implementation plan for the new software, wrote programs to integrate data from our new point of sale system into Microsoft Dynamics GP, and created customizations for Microsoft Dynamics GP functionality.

The Resource Group works quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, thoroughly checks and tests their customizations and programming before implementation to ensure a smooth transition. We are particularly impressed with their quality control and ability to get the job done correctly the first time.
