On a regular basis you will be contacted by your assigned Customer Account Manager (CAM) to have a check-in meeting regarding your business and the software solution we provided you. We want to be a true business partner with you by being proactive to your business needs, introducing new technology that can assist you as you plan to improve processes and keeping you informed on the latest information for your Microsoft Dynamics GP solution.

Customer Support Desk
The Resource Group has in place a customer support desk system that helps deliver exceptional support and services to our customers. This support desk is dedicated to providing in-house support so you can speak with a live person when needed.  Customer support can reached directly at 425.277.3772.

RG Connect
RG Connect is a yearly day-long customer conference held in Seattle specifically for The Resource Group customers. Each year we have more than 100 Microsoft Dynamics customers attend this event to network with peers, see the latest technology from Microsoft and its Partners, and most importantly learn how to use their system better. Our conference helps customer focus on gaining Business Insight, which leads to Better Management. We want to help you get the information you need each day in your role, faster and easier with your Microsoft Dynamics GP solution. RG Connect has more than 20 concurrent sessions throughout the day exploring how to use your Microsoft Dynamics GP solution to its fullest.  We also include our top ISV Partners that enhance the Microsoft Dynamics GP solution even more. Quarterly Customer User Groups & Webinars
The Resource Group keeps customers informed on the latest and greatest of their Microsoft Dynamics GP business software solution by offering webinars and user group meetings on a regular basis. The topics at these events help the customers learn more about the solution they own already and also how to grow their solution along with their business. Complimentary Customer Orientation Training
Customers of The Resource Group receive a desk-side manual with detailed instructions of how to get started during a Customer Orientation. A member of our customer support team will come to your business to provide you with a complimentary session assisting you with how to obtain support and training for your product.

Convergence
Microsoft holds an annual customer conference focused on the Microsoft Dynamics product line. More than 5,000 customers across the world gather at this 4-day event to meet other customers, share information and learn about Microsoft's future direction. It’s truly a time to step away from your day-to-day business tasks and focus on how to improve processes in your business with technology. The Resource Group Educational Center
The Resource Group has invested in an onsite training facility for customer class training of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Classes are scheduled on a quarterly basis throughout the year, but it is also available for customers to use for custom training requests.

CustomerSource
Microsoft provides a self-help website called CustomerSource. It provides Microsoft Dynamics customers with detailed information including:

  1. An expansive tech knowledge database
  2. Information regarding the latest releases
  3. Online training with eLearning
  4. Web interacts and seminars by specific industry and module.
