Microsoft Dynamics GP Implementation Consultant


Position Requirements:

  • Evaluate clients' business processes, then determine and document ways to improve them
  • Configure the software (Dynamics GP accounting software) to match clients' needs
  • Train users
  • Create reports
  • Design and test custom software modifications
  • Solve business problems and technical software issues
  • Participate in multiple implementation projects simultaneously (a lot of variety and challenge)
  • Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems


Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong people skills with customer service focus
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Authorized to work in the country
  • Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP software is a plus!

Preferred:

  • Degree in Accounting
  • CPA/CPIM license
  • 2+ years of experience implementing mid-market ERP applications or CPA auditing experience

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 20%

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant

The CRM Implementation Consultant role is responsible for implementing the full Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for customers in the Greater Seattle region. 

Position Requirements:

  • Evaluate clients' business processes and requirements as they relate to sales and customer service functions, then determine and document ways to improve them using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Configure the application to match clients' needs
  • Train users
  • Create reports using MS SQL Reporting Services (SRS)
  • Design and test custom software modifications to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Solve technical software issues 
  • Participate in multiple implementation projects simultaneously (a lot of variety and challenge)
  • Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems
  • Assist technical team in mapping integration processes with Microsoft Dynamics GP

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong people skills with customer service focus
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Authorized to work in the country
  • 2+ years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM software

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing other CRM solutions such as SalesLogix, Onyx, Siebel Salesforce and Goldmine a plus.

 Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 20%
