The role:
The Resource Group Consultant will work directly with clients. Depending on experience and need, the responsibilities for this role will range from serving as a master consultant and project manager on large projects, to being responsible for specific aspects of a larger project and having full responsibility for smaller projects.

Compensation is a strong base, an aggressive commission plan, and a solid benefit package. Suitable candidates will have 3+ years’ experience with consulting or selling mid-market ERP systems, and the proven ability to “navigate to authority” to secure client engagements. Relocation assistance will be provided to the right candidate.

Specific responsibilities will include (depending on experience)

  • Investigates, analyzes, and identifies key business requirements and issues.
  • Researches solution alternatives by assembling, organizing, and summarizing findings.
  • Serves as project manager on larger projects and may direct the work of other consultants.
  • Provides input to the change management, issues tracking, risk management and communications plan for the project.
  • Assists in developing test plans, task sheets and ensures solutions are tested and performed according to the specifications.
  • Identifies potential software development work that can improve client’s processes
  • Produces end-user and requirements documentation, when requested.
  • Leads user training of the new solution implemented within the client environment.
  • Supports the sales team by assisting with demonstrations, doing discovery, and providing estimates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 1+ years of experience as an Intacct consultant, or 3+ years with another cloud-based ERP solution
  • Willingness to travel out of town to clients at least 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives (client facing)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis

The ideal candidate also will have:

  • CPA license or past position as controller/CFO
  • Knowledge of software companies and revenue recognition rules

The role:

This is a full-time, permanent position for a leading ERP consulting firm with expertise in implementing and supporting business, financial, and business intelligence software solutions for mid-market companies, primarily throughout the Northwestern region of the US. We are looking for an experienced technology Account Executive to sell Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and BI360 services & software.

This is a “hunter” sales position. Compensation is a strong base, an aggressive commission plan, and a solid benefit package. Suitable candidates will have 3+ years’ experience selling mid-market ERP systems, and the proven ability to “navigate to authority” to secure client engagements, and will travel, mostly local, for sales efforts as needed (~25%). Relocation assistance will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and help define the business value that our solutions would deliver to the client.
  • Execute our well-defined sales process to manage a prospective client through the evaluation of our solutions.
  • Create marketing plans and lead prospecting strategies to continuously fill the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the key customer decision-makers to ensure complete understanding of their business and related systems issues/concerns.
  • Present to multiple people within an organization with a focus on C-Level decision makers.
  • Evaluate and document business requirements to determine whether and how our products will be an effective solution for new clients.
  • Complete the sales process from beginning to close in an effective and well-managed process.
  • Maintain CRM with your activities, tasks, opportunities, leads, etc. in order to support reporting to senior management to show progress towards sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • US Citizenship, US Permanent Resident (Green Card), or TN1 visa is required
  • A BS/BA in business or Technology fields is preferred
  • 3 or more years’ experience selling Mid-Market ERP Software & Services
  • Experience selling SAAS ERP is a plus (Intacct, Netsuite, Financial Force, or Acumatica).
  • Live within commuting distance from the home office (Greater Seattle, WA area).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to help uncover, identify, and solve business needs
  • Identify and sell additional professional services opportunities to existing customers

The ideal candidate also will have:

  • Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA license or past position as controller/CFO.
  • Prior project management experience.
