Services Methodology-Microsoft Dynamics® GP Deployment

The Resource Group (TRG) employs the use of an internally developed and structured implementation methodology designed specifically for deploying Microsoft Dynamics GP. Methodologies are tools or sets of tools unique to each consulting practice and often reflect the personalities of the practice itself. Consulting practices such as ours use methodologies for a very specific reason. Our implementation methodology allows us to manage the unknown by placing a familiar framework around each project, improving consistency and quality.

5 Phases of Deployment
Conceptually, our implementation methodology defines both what to do and how to do it during the implementation. Structurally, our methodology contains five hierarchical levels (Phase, Process, Activity, Task and Subtask) that outline the flow and definition of implementation information.

These methodology concepts are industry standard, and in our case are represented by five distinct phases, outlined below.
