Global Aerosystems, LLC (GA) is a relatively new company having started in May of 2006. With so much growth by Spring 2009, we needed an Integrated Business System solution, customized to our needs, within a strict timeline and budget. GA is somewhat uncompromising, in that, we strive to provide the best service to our clients and expect the same level of service from our vendors. Dynamics GP (DGP) was our solution; The Resource Group (TRG) rose to the occasion.

We chose DGP because the software met all of our basic needs, was well integrated, easy to use with our existing platform and had room for growth. We chose TRG as our consultant because of their reputation, capabilities and experience with the software.

Dynamics GP has helped us organize our information and put everything all in one place. We are most pleased with the integration of Human Resources and Payroll as well as the integration of Timekeeping and Job Cost. Having the ability to enter Employee information that flows down to Payroll, makes for better communication between departments and better use of time within each department. Being able to track job costs accurately, makes it easier to capture our profitability; a big advantage for executive management. From contract to closing, TRG's onsite team was very knowledgeable and resourceful, working with our ever changing needs throughout the implementation process. The flexibility, constant collaboration and encouragement made long and difficult days worth the hours and effort, many days ending in good spirits and occasionally, much needed laughter.
