Western Towboat Company has been using Microsoft Dynamics - GP for many years and utilized the support of the Resource Group for over 8 years. We have stayed with Microsoft Dynamics because they continue to improve the product by making the necessary changes to make working in Dynamics easier. With each new release there is a marked effort to be more Windows-like, giving users a familiarity that translates into increased productivity.

The Resource Group has been a reliable support tool all along the way. One thing that stands out is a very low turn over, it is great to be able to call into the office knowing that Sheri is there to answer most of our questions, and those she cannot answer immediately are addressed and taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time. In addition, we
have a great relationship with the field reps that have done everything from walking us through upgrades to developing custom reports. It is nice to be able to pick up the phone or email in a quick question, receive a response to a problem, and move on with your day's activities.
