Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health after careful consideration selected Great Plains as their preferred financial software in 1999. This choice was due to the Y2K issues we faced with our previous clinical and financial software system needing to be replaced.

Our initial conversion to Great Plains was very tenuous due to a previous VAR we had selected before we heard of The Resource Group. The Resource Group correctly re-installed and re-configured our Great Plains installation and we no longer experienced the unexpected downtimes from the Great Plains software. The Resource Group has consistently provided Comprehensive Mental Health with exceptional service and a positive attitude in meeting our difficult issues.

The Resource Group provides seminars and trainings throughout the year and had accommodated myself in not being able to attend a meeting via web-conferencing. Going the extra mile and their positive attitude has been my experience with The Resource Group and their technical staff.
