Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health (CWCMH) provides a full range of mental health treatment, rehabilitation and support services to the psychiatrically disabled and others needing mental health services. Specialized services are developed, staffed, and provided to address the specific needs of the client group served. CWCMH utilizes formal and informal relationships with a wide variety of other private and public sector service providers to establish and maintain a comprehensive network of mental health and related services to mutual clients in the community.

Need: New Financial Software
CWCMH required a new business management solution to solve several pressing issues. CWCMH needed to address their day-to-day core financial software needs, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and the General Ledger. CWCMH required a flexible solution that would report complex financial information. With over 35 budgets, the need for flexible reporting and budgeting was crucial to their organization. Lastly, CWCMH uses a software application called PsychConsult that tracks and bills their clinical services. Whichever system CWCMH chose, it needed to integrate with PsychConsult.
