We have been using Microsoft Dynamics - GP since 1994 and their version 1.0. We chose GP because of the ability to add a customized order entry interface that would seamlessly integrate into the accounting module. Another requirement was the ability to generate our own custom reports as well as the ability to modify existing GP reports.

We started working with The Resource Group in 2000 after working with another vendor who was unable to meet our needs any further. With The Resource Group's help and after they extensively customized Siebel Front Office (used as our order entry system), our company was able to have more information at our finger tips than ever before.

Another invaluable service that the Resource Group provides is technical support. It is refreshing to be able to almost immediately have our questions answered by their knowledgeable staff.

As our company continues to grow and with our desire to become more responsive to our customers' needs, it excites us to have the power and technology of Microsoft and The Resource Group behind us.
