Western Washington Oncology is a medical oncology clinic with ten doctors, two PA's and approximately 140 employees. We were part of an implementation to a new financial system in 2006. About six months ago, we came to the realization that our previous accounting software was not meeting our organization needs due to limitations in reporting, data retention and
flexibility among other things. We went through a process to evaluate the need to change software packages and chose Dynamics GP 9.0 for its ability to integrate into our medical billing package, flexibility, report development and ease of use. I have also implemented and used Dynamics GP, an earlier version, at a previous employer.

The Resource Group became our Dynamics GP partner in January 2006. Since this time, the Resource Group has provided implementation support and training, and integrations. I have found The Resource Group to be excellent at what they do. As a previous user of Dynamics GP, The Resource Group allowed me the flexibility of doing as much of the implementation as I could and felt comfortable doing. They were there when needed and by doing it this way we reduced the amount of consulting fees.

Our most recent project included the conversion from ADP payroll to using Dynamics GP. This implementation went smoothly and rapidly. We began the conversion at the beginning of June and we ran our first live payroll on July 14, 2006. Not only did we get payroll up and running but also the Human Resource module. We still have parts of the HR module to get fully implemented, but it's moving ahead. I highly recommend The Resource Group to any company interested in getting a quality product, excellent service and all this at a very competitive price.
