Suffice it to say that writing a letter of recommendation is no easy task, but with the service the Resource Group has given Janicki Industries, the job becomes much easier. Janicki Industries, Inc. has been with the Resource Group for about five years and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the support and technical assistance your company has given us during that time.

I, personally, have very little patience for a system that is not functioning as well as it should, or not at all. That said, I demand a very attentive support staff to help me solve the problems or technical difficulties we encounter. I can honestly and enthusiastically say that your team always meets those demands with technical expertise and a smile. It is very seldom that I cannot expect a prompt call back with an answer that helps us get on our way. I truly appreciate that.

Additionally, you have helped us stay in tune with all of the latest service packs, updates and new products. We are a shop that thinks it can handle all when it comes to IT issues, but it is very comforting to know you are there when things don't go... as well as expected.
