It has been a while since we have talked, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you and your team have done for HealthFirst. I have worked on many software projects over the last 10 years, and your team is the best.

The baseline Microsoft Dynamics project had many of the features we desired in a new accounting system, but it required extensive modification to fit the complicated business model of HealthFirst. Your team did a phenomenal job on all phases of the project, and even the often treacherous go live process was very smooth

The sales process with Marty, Obie, and Sandy went very well, and that really set the tone for the entire project.

Denise did a wonderful job with general accounting setup, training and support, and our Office Manager is very thankful for the customized reports that she put together.

The UI customization work Elizabeth did for us was absolutely amazing -the quality was excellent, and everything she delivered was either on time or ahead of schedule (one update she delivered in 5 minutes -we told her that was nice, but 3 minutes would have been better - without missing a beat she said that it would have been done in 3, but she wanted to test it first)!

Donna has practically lived at HealthFirst - providing constant support, training, helping our efforts to document all of our daily processes, and so many other tasks too numerous to list - our go live process would have been extremely tough without her assistance.

Steve has done so much for us - everything from data migration to custom supporting applications written completely outside of Microsoft Dynamics. We owe him a great debt for the amazing work he has done - he is simply the finest software developer that I have ever known.
