It is a privilege to recommend The Resource Group and their products, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Great Plains. We purchased both products from them and tried to save money by implementing the CRM software with our information technology staff. This approach has proved to be more expensive because we limited the productivity of The Resource Group's excellent staff of experts.

From their company President, Marty Schillaci, and each of his expert associates that worked with us on our GP implementation, I cannot express how much I appreciated their efforts in making this the best system we have ever had. Donna Church's accounting and implementation knowledge was insightful and very valuable when we discovered that $120,000 in revenue could now be billed which previously was overlooked!

I will be forever grateful to Marty, Donna, Chris Hebert and Mike Smith for staying up until 11:30 pm to get our excel version invoice working. Their desire to see that we had a system that would handle new services and products started in the initial sales process with Obie Kokich and expanded throughout their company including Elizabeth Bender's work on tracking USF fees and sales taxes.

The Resource Group has been the best software implementation company I have ever worked with and will be the first company I call should anything new be needed or customized.
