When LeMond Fitness began considering a business management platform we had not yet opened for business. Our professional experiences pointed us towards purchasing a software package that was solid in function and flexible in form. We had a wish list: an accounting tool that was proven enough to grow with us as we expanded our young business. A number of references steered us towards MS Great Plains software package with plenty of expansion capacity. With that in mind, we committed to the Great Plains package but were unsure of our support provider. Everyone knows, a software package can give you tutorials and help desks, but without the initial training and support of a group support provider the ramp up time could be very slow and difficult.

While the software package was an excellent fit for our business, a strong support group would allow us to grow quickly and assuredly. We interviewed several businesses that supported the Great Plains and after two planning sessions, selected Resource Group based on all the critical start up factors. The Resource Group was streamlined in their procedures and posed the best possible scenario for a new business: a quick training period combined with accessible technical support team.
