Looking back, it was a good choice, especially in light of Great Plains being acquired by Microsoft. The software has worked very well for us, has been reliable, and easy to use. We started working with The Resource Group in the fall of 2000. We had a number of immediate needs, which included system maintenance, software upgrades, changes to reports, and installing the software on new computers. On all matters, The Resource Group personnel have been responsive, helpful, friendly and fun to work with. We especially like their telephone support. When we call, their Technical Support Specialist Sheri Chandler is usually available. If not, she is very good about returning a telephone call quickly.
