I have been involved with the Resource Group for over 10 years with 2 separate companies in the Seattle area and now in western Montana. I feel very strongly about both Great Plains and the Resource Group. This can be best evidenced by the fact that I went back to the Resource Group when it was determined we needed a new system here at Meadow Lake Resort... even though they were over 500 miles away from us. The main reason I chose Great Plains was the confidence and trust I have in the Resource Group. They simply would never recommend or sell a product that was inappropriate for your business.

Currently we have Great Plains Dynamics installed here at Meadow Lake Resort. Marty at the Resource Group came to Montana to demo the system and then came back to do the installation. Our biggest challenge was in the conversion of data from our old system. This involved transmitting data back to their office for conversion and then back to us for import into Dynamics. The skill, availability and persistence of the Resource Group team made a daunting task a successful installation.

Since the installation of Dynamics we have been able to reduce our accounting staff from 4 positions to 2. Dynamics is second to none in accounting software. We are much more efficient, streamlined and productive. Although Dynamics is great, we could have not achieved what we have without the Resource Group team. I would recommend both very
strongly and without hesitation.
