I have been working with Microsoft Great Plains Enterprise since starting at the Bellevue Club in October of 2000. The club had been using this software for some time, but this was my first exposure to it. At this time we are using it for payables and general ledger. After watching over my staff's shoulders for a day or so, I was able to pick up the basics and move around within the software with little direction. It was not until I had been working with the software for nearly eight months that I finally took a class at Resource Group on the general ledger. I appreciated Sheri's style of instruction and the way she involved those in the class. We have had to call the Resource Group on more than one occasion with questions and they have always been most helpful. Everyone takes an interest in our problem and it seems like a team effort to solve it. More often than not we can get our problem solved or question answered the same day. When the technicians are on site they are always professional. We worked with Jim Minor on our last update and things went very well. He spent time with everyone that uses the system and made sure their workstations were up and running before leaving. The attention we have received from The Resource Group has been most gratifying.
