In order to do that, we have Strategic Account Managers and an in-house Customer Care Specialist to deliver the best support and service.
Customer Account Manager
On a regular basis you will be contacted by your assigned Customer Account Manager (CAM) to have a check-in meeting regarding your business and Dynamics GP software. We want to help you be proactive in growing your business knowing that technology can often assist you in managing growth. It is your CAM's responsibility to keep you informed about new technology and features of your Microsoft Dynamics GP software.
Customer Care Specialist
TRG has in place a Customer Care Specialist that helps deliver exceptional support and services to our customers for
Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our Customer Care Specialist is dedicated in-house support so you can speak with a live person when needed. Customer Care also performs onsite customer orientation for new customers and/or employees helping them learn how to effectively use the tools available to them with their Microsoft Dynamics GP system.

RG Connect
RG Connect is a yearly day-long customer conference held in Seattle specifically for TRG customers. The day includes new product/feature information, keynote speakers from Microsoft Business Solutions, tips and tricks, and much more information for you to learn how to maximize your investment Microsoft Dynamics GP.

TRG wants to help keep customers informed on the latest and greatest of their Microsoft Dynamics GP solution by offering both webinars and seminars on a regular basis. The topics at these events will help the cusotmers learn more about the solution they own already or how to grow their solution along with their business! These events are free to all customers.

Complimentary Customer Orientation Training
All new Microsoft Business Solutions customers of TRG receive a desk-side manual with detailed instructions of how to get started. Our customer care specialist will provide you with a complimentary session assisting you with how to obtain support and training for your product.
Convergence
Microsoft holds this annual customer conference focused on the Dynamics product line. More than 5,000 customers across the world gather at this 4-day event to meet other customers, share information and learn about Microsoft's future direction.
TRG Educational Center
TRG has an onsite training facility available for customer class training of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Classes are held on a quarterly basis, but the center is also available for custom class training.
CustomerSource
Microsoft Business Solutions provides each one of their customers with the tools to be self sufficient. CustomerSource is a 24x7 web site that contains:
1) an expansive techknowledge database
2) information about the latest releases
3) online training
4) web interacts and seminars by specific industry and module.
